Project: Legendary Dopplerhütte in the Vienna Woods with a panoramic view of the Tullnerfeld

The history of what is probably the most famous excursion restaurant in the Vienna Woods began in 1928 with the construction of the first Dopplerhütte on Wienerwaldstrasse. But as early as 1899, the ÖAC organized the world's first (documented) motorcycle race on this route. In 1901, Ferdinand Porsche won the car race in an all-wheel hybrid Porsche. At the end of the 1950s, the famous Dopplerhütte mountain races for automobiles and motorcycles started with the finish at the Dopplerhütte.

The main building currently has an area of approx. 390 m². The 300 m² on the ground floor is divided into the bar including an extra room, the kitchen, the hall with approx. 130 m², toilet facilities as well as an office and a small apartment. The 90 m² on the upper floor are also used for residential purposes.

The hall can be used in many ways, e.g. B. for events independent of the catering business. The outbuilding is approximately 140 m² and houses a toilet facility, laundry room, garage and storage as well as an undeveloped attic area above. A total of 95 approved parking spaces are available in three parking areas.
